| • Bayou Classic Turkey Fryer Pot
• Prime Rib • 2 tsp. 1/2 paprika • 2 tsp. salt • 2 tsp. garlic powder, granules or chips • 1 tsp. black pepper • 1 tsp. onion powder • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper • 1 1/4 tsp. dried leaf oregano • 1 1/4 tsp. dried leaf thyme • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper, optional |

| 1. Mix ingredients together to make your outside rub
2. Heat enough oil to cover prime rib to 325 F 3. Season prime rib with a outside rub, inject-able marinade, or both 4. Pierce a hole with a knife long ways all the way through the center of the prime rib 5. Insert the Bayou Classic frying rack through the hole 6. Slowly lower prime rib into hot oil |
