TAKES 1ST PLACE FOR THE SECOND YEAR IN A ROW First Coast Technical Institute's Southeast Institute of Culinary Arts awarded the Crawfish Company Of Central Florida the 1st Place Blue Ribbon in the Culinary Arts and Taste Division for the second year in a row at the Lions Club 24th Annual Saint Augustine Arts & Crafts Seafood Festival held March 11, 12 & 13 – 2005. This year’s festival was attended by over 32,000 festival goers. Judging was based on taste, adherence to proper cooking procedures, presentation and originality. This years festival included arts & crafts vendors, Blue Grass entertainment and Food vendors from local and regional restaurants and catering companies. The Crawfish Company specializes in Cajun and Creole cuisine and is based out of Orlando, Florida. The winning menu included Louisiana crawfish, creamer potatoes & corn, boiled jumbo shrimp, bayou fried chicken, Cajun Buffalo wings, crab cakes, fried oysters, fried flounder, crawfish ettouffee, red beans & rice with andouille sausage, chicken jambalaya, Cajun homemade potato chips, cole slaw, potato salad and rolls. The Crawfish Co. Of Central Florida donated food daily during the festival to the St. Francis House located in St. Augustine, Florida |

| The Rajuncajun Crawfish Festival returns to its birthplace April 19, 2008 at Isle Of Pine s South Beach Park in SE Orlando. Come for a All-U-CAN-EAT-BAYOU-BLAST-FOOT-STOMPIN-GOOD-TIME celebrating Cajun/Zydeco music, heritage and food. This is Central Florida's traditional Louisiana Crawfish Festival featuring for the 6th year the Cajun/Zydeco Band "The Porchdogs". The Porchdogs will bring their full 6-pc band to this years festival. The Porchdogs specialize in Louisiana-Style Cajun and Zydeco Music. They also perform various other styles including bluegrass and old time fiddle music, classic rock, and Island music. They have been performing for 10 years at Cajun and bluegrass festivals across the country, as well as regular appearances at Florida attractions, conventions, and theme parks. The group has appeared every year at Ft Lauderdale Cajun/ Zydeco Festival, the nation's largest. Dancing, crawfish eating contests, arts & crafts and Cajun crawfish cooking demonstrations. Food includes Crawfish, Shrimp, Black Bayou Fried Chicken, Jambalaya, Red Beans & Rice, Hotdogs, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw & Rolls. | December 26, 2007 By Rick Boyd The Crawfish Company Of Central Florida will be appearing at the St. Augustine Arts and Crafts Seafood Featival 2008 for the 5th year in on March 7, 8 and 9 of 2008. The Crawfish Company successfully defended the 1st Place Blue Ribbon in the culinary arts and taste division for three years in a row spanning 2004, 2005 and 2006. They will be looking to take back 1st place in 2008 after missing last years event due to the death of Howard Wilkinson, one of the founders of the Crawfish Co.. Judging was performed by the American Culinary Institute. The Crawfish Company Of Central Florida will be appearing next at the 19th Annual Rajuncajun Crawfish Festival 2008 in Orlando, Florida on April 19, 2008. | The Crawfish Company Of Central Florida, Inc. and the Cottage Irish Pubs, Inc. have teamed up to form the new corporation: “Cajun Paddy, Inc." .
The Cajun Paddy, Inc. is mixing American and Irish heritage in a new and stimulating package opening the “Harp & Celt Restaurant and Irish Pub”. The Celt Irish Pub opened it's doors for the first time on Tuesday, August 14, 2007 around 3:30 PM and filled up quickly. The Harp Restaurant opened it's doors for the first time on Wednesday, August 22 for Lunch at 11:00 AM and Dinner at 5:00 PM. The Harp is an upscale fine dining restaurant serving award winning dishes for the lunch and dinner crowd. Cody Patterson, our Le Cordon Bleu Chef is a graduate of the Orlando Culinary Institute, bringing some of the finest recipes and culinary delights to the palates of Central Florida. Fresh Fish from the Florida and the Louisiana coasts teamed up with our Angus Beef steaks, duck and lamb will be the core ingredients of downtown Orlando’s newest fine dining restaurant. The Celt, next door to the Harp, is a traditional Irish Pub serving traditional Irish beers and imports. The beer selection will be large, satisfying the tastes and whims of any beer fanatic. Included will be a full liquor bar and the finest wines available. Serving lunch and dinner will be an extensive menu of award winning Irish foods.
