| Lisa's Pan Fried Pork Chops |
| • Bayou Classic Cast Iron Skillet • Thinly cut pork chops • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 2 tbsp butter • 1/2 tbsp flour • 1/2 cup water • 1 large chopped onion |
| Directions |
| Items Needed: |
| 1. Heat skillet on high 2. Place pork chops in skillet and fry on each side for 2 1/2 minutes 3. Place the chopped onions over chops and cover pan 4. Reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes on each side 5. Remove chops and onions from skillet 6. Return to high heat 7. Add butter and melt 8. Add flour and whisk into butter 9. Add water and stir 10. Add chops and onions back to skillet, cover and simmer another 10 minutes on low heat. |
