The General Manager of the New Orleans Seafood Division, Salvador Junda and his son, "Lil Sal"  has been in the Crawfish and Seafood Business for decades. The Junda Family has lived in the New Orleans area of Louisiana for many generations. "Big Sal" has worked Shrimp Boats as well as an assortment of Seafood Industry related jobs during his lifetime. He is a true family man with time honored beliefs and values that reflects in the way he runs his business. He brings a wealth of experience that reflects in the superior products that he provides. Sal is also a stockholder in the Crawfish Company of Central Florida, Inc.

His son, "Lil Sal" is the point man in daily operations. His work ethic is one to be admired. He and his work crew make sure that you get only the freshest and best quality Crawfish, Shrimp, Blue crab, Oysters, Alligator Meat, Cajun Sausages and Products packaged up safely, shipped and delivered to your airport or front door. He prepares the boiled crawfish and crabs with a family recipe that Big Sal mastered that is unique and naturally, a well guarded family secret. During the height of the crawfish season, it is not unusual for "Lil Sal" and his crew to ship over 12,000 lbs. of crawfish per day. His workday during the season sometimes starts at 3:00am and doesn’t finish until 9:00pm, sometimes later.
