Lisa's Creole Seasoning has been handed down for generations. Add it to soups, gumbo, jambalaya & rice dishes. Use for seasoning your poultry, meats, fish and seafoods. Sprinkle directly onto your freshly boiled crawfish. Adds the great creole and cajun flavors to enhance your dishes.
Makes about 2/3 cup
• 2 tablespoons salt
• 2 tablespoons garlic powder
• 2 ½ tablespoons paprika
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
• 1 tablespoon onion powder
• 1 tablespoon dried leaf thyme
• 1 tablespoon dried leaf oregano

Combine all of the ingredients thoroughly. Store
in an airtight jar or container.
