Agreement, dated this ________ day of ________ between __________ with offices at _______________ and __________.

  1. I, ________________ understand that there is a $250.00 deposit to reserve the catering services of Crawfish Company Of Central Florida, Inc. for the date of __________. If there is a written cancellation received 60 days prior to the event date, 25% of the fee may be refunded. A refund will be considered only if the event is no longer planned. Any cancellation within 30 days of the above date will result in the forfeiture of the service fee.
  2. I agree to pay for all guests attending but not less than for the number of guests guaranteed. The guaranteed count includes all guests, the bridal party, photographers, ministers, sitters, musicians, limo drivers etc.
  3. The charge for each person over the guaranteed count will be at the caterer's established rate of ___________ per person.
  4. There will be an additional charge for any function running over the normal time limit, requiring the staff of Crawfish Company Of Central Florida, Inc. to remain after the agreed time.
  5. Crawfish Co. Of Central Fla., Inc. reserves the right to substitute items, including but not limited to food and flowers, that become unavailable in the market or that exceed reasonable market costs. Crawfish Co. Of Central Fla., Inc. will notify client if time allows.
  6. Crawfish Co. Of Central Fla., Inc and/or its agents shall be liable for any damage to property entrusted to its employees, for the loss any property by theft or otherwise. Client assumes responsibility for any damages to any property rented to client that may be caused by clients, members, guests or invitees.
  7. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event. Payment made be cash, credit card or check. The $250.00 service fee is deducted from the final payment.
  8. Any specific changes or requests made by the client must be made in writing no later than 2 weeks before the event.
  9. In the event of cancellation due to forced evacuation caused by hurricane or other Act of God, the client will be granted the opportunity to reserve the services of Crawfish Co. Of Central Fla., Inc. for another date within the next six months, subject to availability.
  10. Any refunds on cancellations due to extenuating circumstances will be considered on an individual basis and are made at the discretion of Crawfish Co. Of Central Fla., Inc.
