| Lisa's Cajun Shrimp |
| • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 3 cups hot cooked white rice • 1 1/4 pounds jumbo shrimp, raw, peeled and de-veined • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce • 1/3 cup of butter • 1 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic • 1/4 cup of beer, at room temp • 1 large tomatoe, peeled and chopped • 1/2 teaspoon oregano • 1/2 teaspoon thyme • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/2 teaspoon pepper • 1 teaspoon basil |
| Directions |
| Items Needed: |
| 1. Add ingredients (not the beer, tomato or shrimp) to cast iron skillet
2. Heat combined items until all butter melts 3. Add shrimp and tomatoes 4. Cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly 5. Add beer and stir 6. Cook until shrimp turn pink (around 1 minute) 7. Serve over rice |
