Broken corn on the cob New or quartered/peeled potatoes 2 garlic cloves 1 lb. shrimp |

| Fill pot 1/2 full with water and add smoked sausage
Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes Cut potatoes in half and add garlic cloves Boil for another 10 minutes Add corn and reduce heat to a slow boil Cook another 5-7 minutes Add shrimp and cook another 3-4 minutes at a slow boil. When using larger stock pots, blue crab can be added along with the corn and cook for 10 minutes; then add shrimp and cook for another 4 minutes. |
