Lisa's Bayou Style Ribeye

1. Heat enough oil to cover ribeyes to 325 F
2. Season 1�- 2� thick ribeyes with an outside
rub
3. Slowly lower each ribeye into hot oil
4. Remove from oil let drain, and serve.
Cooking times:
Rare: 2 1/2 minutes
Medium Rare: 4 1/2 minutes
Medium: 5 1/2 minutes
Medium Well: 7 minutes
Well Done: 10 minutes
